1. Please have a look on the E-form files. You try to modify the infopath from shipping authorization form to become Calibration Request Form.

- Item Name
- Serial Number
- Quantity
- Area: dropdown list (OWS, DPS, MSG, ACM)
- Description of usage
- Frequency
- Drawing (Y/N)
- Original Calibration Certificate (Y/N)
- Process Tolerant
- Specify area to be measured / working range
2. Please help to compare the user list from HR (latest) and update the users table (outdated: User table Master). You can vlookup function excel to do comparison.

Please update User table Master.xls
- Update phone extension from EmpPhone.xls
- Update employee cost center and supervisor info.
- Update new employee that group under permanent staff (Non-Exempt and Exempt),
- Add a column “BitActive”. 1 for all the active employee, and 0 for non-active employees (that not exist in HR list).
3. IF you have time, you can explore to create a web based application system. I just give u idea below what are the criteria are needed.
Brief requirements:
- Using ASP.NET
- Using Domain Control for Authentication. Domain Controller: SSO
- Connect to MS. SQL 2005 server
- Menu with User Control – User only can view their own category of menu based on the access right.
- Web data input form to database. Approval is not required.
- Web data retrieve report and export to excel. User can search based on category
- Logging for every user transaction. Datetime and ID updated records.
