- please confirm the hypercom sets that need to repair, exclude those screen crack and mother board problem which is not worth to repair.
- please update mr tan on the term master issue - EON would like to view our profile for the programmings that you have done for our merchants
- please arrange to collect the balance of 100 units of hypercom sets from mpsb
- please update mr tan on the ingineco sets, he wants to sell the sets before the value goes down again
- Base on the email below, please check on the 1st matter. Confirm the billing whether we really overcharge them again?
- for 2nd matter, i come to know that you can't do billing till now for the month of Jun, Jul & Aug'09 due to some problem arised "crystal report". Please check with TM Wong tommorrow, i belived he might know how to solve your problem . Urgent, don't delay anymore because TM wong is leaving by 5th of September2009
- please make sure to update Call Centre for the terminal that has been installed by Salesman as they return the Service Report to you. Please update it urgently, we need to get the date installed by time.
